Sharpest knife is probably my Nath'd CQC-10 which I reprofiled to about 20 degrees inclusive (since it's a v-ground chisel). The 154CM isn't best in edge-holding though, but touches up easily. Next would be my Farid REX121 mule. Out of the box, the JYD2 with the SG2 laminate. I haven't touched that up yet, and it's still scary sharp. The hollow grind on it is almost razor-blade thin behind the edge.
