Glancing at the vegas race. Spent yesterday in Greensboro. Might be headed out to do more shopping later. Finishing up the kids science fair projects and looking for new trail shoes. Thinking brooks adrenaline asr in gortex. Edge pro should be here on tuesday.
 
Fakes never have the Hinderer logo just right around the pivot on the Ti side. And if they do its usually a sticker.

Ah, did not know that. In truth, I know very little about Hinderers other than that I really want one. Looks like I may actually get this one. :D Thanks again Chester.
 
Do you guys know where to get those little white boxes? Can you get them from places like WalMart? I want to ship my knives in them. I was able to get my mom to catch on to the Wiha Torx Set.

If it doesn't have a box, use a padded envelope, wrap the knife well and won't cost u more than $3 to ship
 
For the record, the flat rate boxes only cost about 20 cents more to ship than the ones dave uses, especially now that delivery confirmation/tracking is included. Once you pay for the smaller box, you are basically at the same price anyway.

I absolutely HATE getting knives in padded envelopes. They are far too easy to rip open and claim it was an accident. Also, I've never gotten a box inside an envelope that wasn't completely crushed during shipping. Use a flat rate box and tape every edge. It's only $5.90. :thumbup:
