I personally haven't had the experience of having one of your scales Rival, but if I ever want a custom made scale, I'll call you. I have been impressed by all of the work you've produced.

I am very excited for the new ZT's. I haven't had the joy or the experience of holding one, but my hope is that I'll be able to purchase my first one this year *fingers crossed*.
 
Did someone say work?!? I stabbed myself in my shin with my pickaroon, hurts a bit and doesnt look very cool :mad:

Cool vid on the Gun Accidents. Is the clip were the kid shoots the guy real, I dont want to sound sissy but I may have gasped a bit at that one. Thats why I go for 6.5lb trigger for my pistol. No little kids shooting this guy :thumbup:

Thanks for joining in. I did enough manly stuff today so I am ok admitting I sounded like a little sissy for a minute, covered my mouth and ran away. I am still tough... right?
 
had a blem making a Micarta OD scale for a BF member....put a reptilian pattern on it and it ended up looking pretty cool. kinda like gator skin...whaddya think?!?

Rival, that looks like a very light od. Maybe its just the camera? I had made one for my 550 out of the od micarta and it looks a lot darker. Looks good though, I like that pattern and I really like the feel of micarta over g10 since I started working with it.
 
the camera definately washed it out...its a medium OD IRL...

juju...have you been putting any finish on your micarta, or just leaving it sanded?
