Any of you guys into working out? Ive been hittin the heavy weights every other day.. It burns so good. Last night i maxed out deadlifting 355lbs four times. And did 3 sets of incline leg press at 630lbs.
Anyone? Anyone?
My sister is a fitness instructor (as well as a pole dance instructor), so we go work out every week at the gym. It's fun, good for me, and it's our sibling hangout time.
I don't do those kinds of weights, I really only comfortably leg press about 200-220lbs. Deadlifts she has me doing at about 140 now. Coupled with the controlled diet I'm down 15 pounds and feeling much better. We often stretch for half an hour to 45 minutes, and then do a variety of workouts. I like feeling good, and being able to take the stairs out of the subway stations without being winded while everyone else is on the escalator.
