Good luck bro! I have always wanted a XM-24, but i’d never pay secondary market price for one. They are a built as a 400-500 dollar knife, not a 800-1000 dollar knife.
Thats all im going to indulge on that subject though lol
Well looks like it's going down! Can't believe I'm actually going to own a Hinderer. Really it's only costing me two knives and $100. Not to bad IMO.
Yeah, I understand. I know a guy that lost his license for life because of drinking and driving.Knotty a little advise... Take driving very seriously. Ive had friends who have made some poor choices driving and have lost their licenses for up to 10 years. Down the road you might want a job that involves driving and a company wont hire you if you have a blemish on your record.

Nice Iceman! I am jealous. My only good news is that I did indeed get on Tom Krein's Alpha folder list just before he closed it again. I think, think, the wait time is only around 4-6 months right now.

Oh jeez! Have you ever tried 3v before? If not, I would go with that. I remember seeing one of his alphas (I think it was an alpha) with a smooth CF that looked spectacular.
Glad nothing seriously bad happened.Listen to the bug, Knotty:thumbup: My old friend Nathan got careless going down a mountain road when it had just rained while my brother and I were in the car. He took a turn too fast and the car just slid into the other lane and crashed into the guard rail, totaling his car completely. If that guard rail wasn't there I probably wouldn't be alive right now because there was a cliff waiting on the other side. Guard rails are awesome
Not trying to scare you or anything but it only takes one screw up to potentially ruin your life or worse.
Why don't you ask your mom or dad to let you drive around our neighborhood a little bit for practice?
Doesn't sound like it. My mom has already set boundaries on when and where I can/can't drive. She's not over-protective, but likes to know where I'm at. She's cool.driving is very serious, my first ticket was 87 in a 45, when i was 17. do NOT do this, lost my license for 6 monts, 1000 dollars in fines, plus lawyer and being grounded for a year. Its not worth it.

You guys aren't scaring me. I understand you're trying to help. I'm not going to fall into the "Oh, that won't happen to me" group. It is kind of frightening to see all of the people in my class kind of shrug there shoulders at the instructors. I'm not a teacher's pet, but I listen and pay attention.
I've driven with my Grandpa a couple times around his neighborhood and one time in the snow. I don't wanna risk it with my mom or dad because the instructors said if they see us driving around, they'll fail us and our parents will be out $325. Overall, I think I'm a pretty good driver, for not being as experienced as others. I haven't hit a cone going forward, although it's easier going forwards than backwards. I've hit 2 while backing up, which I'll take. It doesn't help being short either.

It was supposed to say "cool".She's cook?
