Guess I'm late, yeah it was the 0780, about 400 or so out there. Probably less actually with the problems some had. I have one and it is pretty good minus the almost non existant detent. I haven't carried it but it is a pretty awesome for what it was, probably not quite up to the zt name in my opinion. Hard to find though. Think a zt tactical skyline.

I have some sad news. Corn detasseling ends on Tuesday . Thankfully though, I'll have enough money for a Wicked Edge once my paycheck for this last week comes in and I get paid for tomorrow and Tuesday.

Last summer when traveling back from SC, we stopped at SMKW. I found the last 0780 they had there. Luckily, they didn't know much about it and I actually got it at a discount. At the time, I didn't know how hard it would be to find. I thought there were plenty out there. I guess I got lucky.

Actually, there are less than 400. Far as I've read, it was about 300 that made it out the door. I wish I didn't get rid of my other two, as I'm stuck with only one now. Dave picked one up at Blade Show, since apparently Knife Works had one. I didn't see it...had I seen it I would have snagged it too...

It's a really great knife, a shame what happened to it.

Looks like I got two good deals worked out this week. Helped out two awesome guys, I'll call them friends! I'll be glad when its completely over though because I am pretty sure I gained a few gray hairs! Up to almost 10 of them suckers now!

I also blackwashed a snappy red cf blur blade and just finished re-profiling the edge. It turned out pretty cool. Not as heavy as the ZT's but still looks cool! Put it in a ZDP brown handle and will most likely be putting it up for sale soon. It looks awesome altogether!

Spyderco Pacific Salt, but better is Emerson CQC8, but better is Benchmade Contego. I have all three and have defended myself numerous times with any of the three.
