Order of KAI Official Hang Out; Part Deux - It's Enrico Palazzo!

I swear, the trading forums blow now. There's nothing good there and very little activity anymore.

Will, I have a Speedform II that's never been used in the box that i'm trying to trade for any USA made Kershaws. That's a pretty exciting thread!

Yeah...can't sell a thing. I never liked the trading thing. Seemed to be insulting on both fronts
People telling you that you have to add money or more knives, everyone valuing their stuff too high, etc. Plus you can't trust people for the most part.

Yeah, I saw that and I've been thinking about it. I'm still not sure if I like the Speedform or not. I will let you know either way though!

there is a severe lull in the exchange right now in general. everyone being cheap.

I know. I can't find anything interesting to save my life. I never get any interesting offers either. It's bland these days.

The main reason I haven't sold anything until now is because I didn't want to insult anyone by pricing my things too high. I hardly ever add money on trades for that very reason. I usually just keep it even to avoid any drama.

I have had a hard time buying things new. I bought the two new ZT's. Other than that, not much has been appealing except future Spyderco's. Too many brands I won't buy from due to an over active conscience I guess.

I guess I am getting a little bored out of lack of diversity.

They're pretty cushiony and comfortable. I usually go for those type of shoes cause I use them for everything. Walking, PE at school, running, jogging, basketball, and everything else I do on a day to day basis. I wore my free runs for a year and a half, and they worked perfect. I would get another pair, but they're disco'd
No disrespect, but I've worn many types of shoes, and these type work best for me.

The only problem I've ever had from shoes is a sharp pain in my knee, and that's from me wearing steel toed boots consecutively for weeks. That issue is of course gone now.

I'll respect your opinion but leave you with a little advice. You are young and they probably will work ok for you for now. The older you get though the more you will see what I was saying. Feet are one of the most important things you should take good care of. I realized this at a very young age and am glad I took care of them because they have taken care of me. I have no feet, back, knee, or hip problems because I chose the right shoe for the right job. I know many other whom I played sports with and worked with through the years that can't say the same. I ask that you atleast keep that in mind when you look for new shoes. Its similar to knives, think of all the ignorant people who buy gas station and knock of stuff that doesn't last or work properly, when you become educated in things such as shoes or knives it becomes clear and makes sense. Good luck junior :)

I like bitter beer, like Negra Modelo or Sam Adams Black Lager so my taste in beer is different than most people I talk to. But that Redd's stuff is good.

I might be with you on that Manny. I dislike all hoppy beers. Ilike malts much much better. Typically the darker the better to me.
I have yet to try the redds, but I have tried ciders and other apple beers.

A bitter beer just tastes better to me. I'm a big Sam Adams fan, and try to sample whatever they come up with. Favorites so far are black lager, scotch ale, octoberfest, double and triple bock. The chocolate bock they release around st valentine's day was good also. I'm still in search of some utopias.

I hope it makes you feel better to know, that I actually have researched the technology inside my current shoe, and found it appropriate for my needs. I didn't just choose it based on looks. (in PE at school we run 1 mile as our warmup before class, and then we do more running for whatever we're doing that day) But those same pair of shoes need to do all my other day to day needs for me. That's why I went with the Lunarlon technology (more of a cushiony feel), instead of the Nike Free (barefoot feel, which were my last shoes)
Oh, yea. I also forgot to mention. I'm planning on joining cross country this school year. (after everyone's told me I should)

I love me a great Octoberfest! We actually have a competition of who can find it first. Whomever does gets a six pack from the others as a reward!
Another favorite Sammy is the Maple Pecan Porter, It is rediculously good!

Juju, have you tried Dragons Milk by New Holland Brewing?

I would be down for that competition later this year :).

It is carried local to me. I could send a bottle your way.

That's very awesome of you! I'll check around a little better and if nobody carries it, I'll take up that offer!

I decided to finish my yard today. I pulled out the chainsaw and in my brilliant thought process figured it would be a great idea to trim the last few branches on the blue spruce in the front corner of my yard without a shirt and in sandles! I have been pulling sap off my chest and back ever since. I keep ripping out chest and stomach hairs and damn is it starting to hurt! Moral: Always chainsaw with a shirt on!

If you had a Wicked Edge, you'd have knives that could shave it all off with ease. :D

So, what's all this Kimura business? Can someone explain?

I can't wait for my paycheck stub on Saturday. I have the money going to my mom's account so it'll already be there for the Wicked Edge. I work tomorrow and have the day off Thursday.
