Stupid dentist office. I get a bill in the mail even though all the procedures etc... are covered a week after. I tell them to fix it, check my acct. numbers and make sure it's submitted correctly this time. They don't have any numbers for my account because they got a new secretary and changed billing systems at the same time. So they say they will fix it. 3-4 months later I get a bill in the mail for the same damn thing. saying its 60 days overdue. I called and of course nobody is in the office. I leave them I lovely message telling them to get their heads out of their wahoo's and fix it asap. I just went through this a few months back and you didn't do a damn thing about it. I'm about to go all ape $#!* in this joint if they don't fix it in MEOW!

This crap always happens to me and my family, somebody screws up and expect you fix their #^% up. I'll tell ya what I'd be glad to if you put me on the payroll. Whats that, you can't do that? Well then maybe you should do your damn job because YOU are paid to do it. I have to take time out from mine to explain to YOU how to do YOURS. Whats wrong with this picture? Oh wait I bet you can't do that either because it's not in your job description. Ya Screw me I'm The @$* hole here. Dicksledges.

It has been happening a lot lately. I remember calling the dean of my wifes school and getting a meeting with him and bitching him out. Fixed their screw up real quick. Comcast is another good one, seems like a every two months thing. Centurylink was the worst, I knew half of them by name when I called in, not to mention the service guys they sent out. Did get alot of free stuff from them because they felt bad about CS screwing me over.

I just don't get how they can expect you to call the insurance company to fix it myself when thats their job to get to the bottom of the problem. Thats what they tried to tell me at first at the dentists office, That did not go over too well at all.

I guess I'm done B!%@#!*^& about it. don't mean to bring the thread down Bruce (Gross)!

Dentists and doctors are the worst about that. They really aren't held accountable for billing errors so they don't care. Lol if I were a wealthy man I would spend more than the bill sueing them for emotional hardships over stressing about it. But then I feel I might be a scary individual with money.
