Oh I've done countless orders, spent thousands with them in total so far.

Each time the customer service has been above & beyond the call. In my personal experience, they have provided some of the best customer service of any business I've ever dealt with. When I inquired about a specific knife, Whitty went and anodized a knife specially for me because the one with the specific ano pattern I wanted had sold out.

Awesome & overall excellent experience. Like someone said above - you really can't go wrong with Whitty & USA Made Blade. I would recommend them any day to anyone.
