When I inquired about a specific knife, Whitty went and anodized a knife specially for me because the one with the specific ano pattern I wanted had sold out.

I agree! I have been to the store and bought 2 knives recently and the customer service was out of this world! Very knowledgable, and make you feel at home,not rushed at all. Whitty also custom anodized the liners of a southern grind spider monkey to match my other EDC gear while I waited! Planning my next purchase as we speak!
