I'm sure it will get sorted out favourably - trust the process.
 
TBH, with the the possibility of international orders there will be heaps of people with English as second language. What is easy to understand for you guys from the US could be confusing for Germans, Frenchmen, Switzerlanders, Poles, Swedes, Italians, Icelanders, Dutchmen etc. I don't think the description of how international orders will be done is clear.

pretty clear for someone who speaks... English.
I have a heart, Jacques! I wouldn't have such expectations for other foreign nationals.

GEC knives are in high demand and short supply, so all kinds come out of the woodwork to try and score one. Some less scrupulous people even aquire them with the intent of reselling for a profit. It's been a circus the past few years. Members of the humble peanut gallery do enjoy a good show, your act has thus far been rather amusing.
