Its official. I am moving at the end of JUNE. I have to make the move for several reasons...one is that I want to..MA hasnt been much fun. The others are more complicated..but anywho...Me and the tribe are heading west. I am gonna miss you east coast guys..I hope to make it back up here to visit often (as often as is possible).
So, whos gonna hang on the West Coast?? I am requesting a Campout and meet and greet! :D I cant wait to see the forests...my Bro keeps sending me emails from his hikes...nice looking terrain. Gene
 
Congrats on the move Gene, we will miss ya over here on the east coast! It was fun hangin with ya in CT. Good luck and have fun in your new stomping ground!
 
I'll miss you to man...I was really looking forward to future get togethers...you never know, I can always fly over for a good old fashioned campout and beer fest.
 
Welcome to the best coast, I mean the west coast! Really, glad you are coming out this way. Campout and meet and greet are a must. Wish you a safe travel.
 
You'll like it in Oregon if you're the outdoors type. You can see get out and experience some real mountains. Plus, you can drive for a few hours and still be in your own state!
 
What part of Oregon are you moving to? And if you are going to live here make sure you dont prounounce the name of the state ore - e - gone.

right on gene... oregon is amazing.. i love that place... there is a lot of backcountry there to explore...

we'll try and get a left coast gathering together for sure... we have some friends that we visit a few times a year, in northern cali. right by the oregon border...

we're having a big bash for my 30th birthday, coming up at the end of june... you folks are welcomed if you're around...

There's a few knife knuts in Southwest Washington, we're planning a
"Rat Mischief (& Hogs & Dogs, etc.)" on August 16th-17th

I'm about 45 miles from the Portland, OR area...

Just so you know what you are getting yourself into, Friday Saturday and Sunday were in the 90's and today it is raining and in the 60's. I love the weather here!

You'll love it here! Great gun and knife laws, wonderful countryside, not too much traffic, the list goes on. BTW, Oregon is pretty much the knife capital of the world (Kerhsaw, CRKT, Benchmade, Gerber...)

I also think we have Crimson Trace, Kimber, and Leupold here as well. lol

Don't forget Nike!
