For sale is a vintage Camillus CUDA Black Ops Close Quarter Battle fixed blade knife in unused condition with its original sheath. The knife measures approximately 10-⅞ inches in overall length with a full tang spear point blade of 0170-6C high carbon tool steel about 5-¾ inches long and 3/16 of an inch thick with a combination edge and a black epoxy finish. The blade is marked “CUDA/ USA” and “BLACK OPS / Terzuola Design” (see photos). The handle is black canvas Micarta with a single finger groove, an integral single guard and a lanyard hole. The sheath is black Concealex or Kydex with a Tek-Lok clip.
Camillus produced these knives in response to requests for a more “subdued” version of its popular CUDA CQB1 fixed blades designed by Bob Terzuola and introduced at the 1999 Blade Show. This design has been out of production for about twenty years. This example is in like-new condition, with its original factory edge, all of its original finish and no signs of wear, use or carry (see photos). The sheath and Tek-Lok clip are in the same condition, with little or no signs of use, carry or wear (see photos).
