Bought from them one time.
They told me they'd ship the next day (ordered on Monday via phone), and it took 'em 5 days to ship. I like to know exactly when things are shipped, and I like to hear the truth - not what they think I want to hear.
Other than that, they were ok. Average I'd say. Not thrilled to pay premium Priority Mail shipping when ground shipping speed was what I received.
