Well, today the results of the new xrays came and there are now bone spurs all around my spine in the neck area. That explains the pain in the neck and arms, going to try traction and REALLY need to get the neck muscles to relax. Guess I'll soak in a hot tub and see if that helps. Wonder if I could get the VA to approve a jacuzzi for physical therapy reasons.....sounds good to me

Be careful about that. My wife has neck vertebrae problems and the neurologist told her that massage could be dangerous. Traction really helps her a lot though.

JIm, so you live in Prescott huh? I started 1st grade there in 1946. I asked mom to take me to the museum there to see the dress with the copper threads. Went through there the last time in '76 and stopped at the museum. Of course it had moved and was much larger but they still had the Governors wife's old dress.
Mom and dad ran a car lot and a restaruant there and then mom run the old Pines Motel. We used to sled on the pine needles in the summer time.
