OT: What firearms need no permit?

Pen, while I don't think the new hairstyle suits you, I basicly agree with Kismet. Gunsmithing is very different from knifesmithing. A kit for a Pennsylvania Long Rifle that you assemble or at least a purchased lock and barrel.
