Who has pics of other things other then knives made from damascus? I made a 12" bar of damascus for belt buckles. I have found that it helps round out my show table to have things other then knives for sale. I also make a variety of pendants. what else is out there?

Dave, I have always enjoyed having my table next to yours at shows. Seeing the pendents and now you've come up with this belt buckle I'll have more to look at.

yeah belt buckles are a great idea...at last year's CKG show, TNK was offering a custom strider sword and the scabbard had a belt with damascus buckle

Belt buckles, pendants, rings, pens, chopsticks and napkin rings are items I have seen made from pattern welded steel.

Thanks all That is some cool stuff I thinks I will try the chopsticks Keith thats a new one for me.

That buckle is awesome Dave! I'm working on two cross rather large cross pendants for a customer now that will be strung up with antique trade beads. One is damascus and the other is mokume.I have seen a couple of damascus clocks by Max Micken that were very nice and unusual.

I'm not sure if it's Sam or Ariel but one of those guys makes bottle openers and guitar picks out of damascus.

That's Ariel. I don't know if the picks are intended to be functional or decorative, however. I do know that my pickguard wouldn't survive the hammering I usually give it if I were using a metallic pick, though!

Some VERY cool stuff. Love the buckle Dave and the pendants are very cool too Chuck. Lastly, the key chain medalions are some nice looking mosaic.

This one took me a looong while to complete. I have outsourced most of it so I´d say I am only its designer, not its maker.
The damascus steel is from Damasteel and the engraving on the sterling silver parts is from Renata Vilar, JS Ricardo Vilar´s wife. It uses a Bexley gold nib.
