Otter Box: good warranty service

Many of us have Otter Box products. Durable, waterproof cases and so forth.

I have an Otter Box belt holster for my Blackberry Curve. After accidentally breaking off the belt clip, I contacted them in reference to their lifetime warranty. They quickly UPS-ed to me the replacement part without hassle. Right on.

Just want to second their warranty and service!

I emailed Otter about a 3500 case that I broke here. They gave me no hassle, wanted nothing from me but an address, and quickly shipped the case to me here in the sandbox.

If they make a product that I'm looking for in the future they will get my business!
