I had recently bought two orange X-treme (Otterbox cobrand) 5000 "waterproof" boxes for a couple kits.
I decided to test them by removing the foam, filling with water, and seeing of they leaked.
Both did.
I contacted Otterbox, and asked about replacement seal availability.
They responded that that model had been discontinued some time ago, and no component parts were available.
They also offered to send me two Model 3500, their largest current manufacture boxes, as replacements.
I replied explaining that they were the cobranded ones, and not direct Otterboxes.
Their return e-mail was shipping information for the two replacement boxes.
How THAT, is superior customer service.
