Well I got back from my hike.........

I did have a nice 5x5 at 30 yards but I was not ready to make a shot when he popped into view. Rats!
We still had a blast.
....
So tell us Joe. What knife would you have used to gut/skin/cape this 5x5 had you been ready for him. And please not just 'xxx knife' tell us why, etc.
