Ordered a pair of pants from them (according to their status, in stock...) on 16 May, supposed to ship within two business days. I heard nothing from them up until two weeks ago, at which time I sent an inquiry email. I got a reply two days later stating that they are a company with multiple warehouses spread across the nation and one of them was processing the order, and since they have multiple warehouses they can't confirm the status of my order. Apparently their disorganization is my problem. I've sent three reply emails to them since then and have heard no response. I attempted to cancel my order but because it's status is unknown, they would not let me cancel it. So I'm out 54 bucks. Thanks much OutdoorPros, to your nonexistant customer service, nonexistant products, and your outstanding ability to waste my time and money. Here's to you, cheers.
