Outstanding customer service by KAI!!!

Two thumbs up for the outstanding customer service from KAI. I emailed them last week about extra torsion bars for my ZT 301's. Being in the Philippines I was willing to pay for the items and of course for shipping. Well, guess what? They are sending me the items at no cost to me.

Great service people! You have another customer for life.
