So if this has been resolved why hasnt boker posted here again? It would seem overkill did everything he needed to make it right.

Perhaps he is waiting to get his knife before doing anything else, though it would seem a good idea to acknowledge progress if it has been made.
 
For what it's worth...

The initial posting by Boker was completely inappropriate but could be chalked up to being: young, intoxicated, low blood sugar, pissed, ect.
What cannot be excused is his silence, which speaks to his character and makeup.

Where I come from, calling someone a scumbag would require a physical response.


I would look forward to dealing with an adult like Overkill. The other individual.....not at all

Best not to burn bridges BEFORE you cross them.

After reading this I wouldnt hesitate to do business with overkill. But as you said the other guys silence can't really be ignored on the whle matter. If things are going well he should let everyone know, especially after making just one post in this whole thread...
 
Until you are sure what has happened you. should not resort to name calling and/or slander trying to ruin a persons reputation, I have had a $400.00 microtech that was not delivered for12 days after I got the tracking # it just showed the had left one place then never updated I still don‘t know where it was all that time, The OP should change/update his original post if not he risks losing any respect he has.
 
I don't see how the OP can make a determination about the scumbagginess of Overkill based on what has been provided.....and based on the fact Overkill has done what is needed to bring this to a positive resolution. This issue should've stayed between the two parties and should've been handled like mature adults; my opinion is one has done that, the other has not. I will say the OP will find doing business on the forum harder moving forward based on this one post alone......
 
General comment: Shit happens, but not promptly returning emails is disrespectful. Communication is especially important when deals aren't going smoothly. I had this happen to me recently. Everything worked out in the end, but I was definately angry waiting for email responses.

Well, tracking shows that my end of the trade arrived on monday. I have not heard from boker since then so I am assuming all is well? I would still appreciate it if he would get back to me and let me know everything is cool but I also see he has not been on the forum for a while. I am not mad at all, im very laid back and easy going so I dont let these things bother me. Patience is key sometimes with online transactions because there are many variables that can slow the process down. If he updates me and lets me know everything is fine and changes this silly thread to show a positive outcome I would be more than willing to leave him a positive feedback despite what was said in this thread. I believe everyone deserves a chance and reputations should not be ruined unless a party was intentionally working with premeditated mal intent.
 
He got his end on Monday and still hasn't come back to change what he said here? I know who I'll avoid here!
