Rat-30 - Recently purchased a knife which did not ship when he had originally intended due to his being sick. I did not expect or ask for anything in return, but he took it upon himself to send me a gift in addition to the knife to 'make good'. Went above and beyond what was required...superb person to deal with!!!!
