I am new to the forums but want to get my feet wet on some trades. Up for trade are 3 1985 Pacific Cutlery Balisongs(I think I have the model #’s correct):
Model 149 Black Slotted Handles, approx. 4” blade
Model 139 Chrome slotted handle, approx.. 4” blade
The last one I am not sure of the model but think it is either the 168, 169, 170 with filled black holes and an approx. 4” blade.
No cases or boxes with these knives.

These knives have been “flipped” and show wear as you would expect but are in overall good condition. I have never sharpened these knifes although I have noticed a possible issue with the tip grind. I will try to get a good photo of that, may be common with these knifes. Please message or email if you want more pics.
These knifes have never been used to cut anything. I have had them as more of a novelty and collector item for years and years. I pull them out only to clean them and play with them on occasion.

I am looking to trade for a “flipper” style EDC knife or knives as that is what I have started collecting currently. I would consider trading them on an individual basis for knives that I would consider equivalent value or trade all three for a knife of a “mid-tech” caliber.
I would also consider Fiddleback knives as well.
I am not a big fan of benchmade folders.

I WILL ONLY CONSIDER FOLKS LOCATED IN THE LOWER 48!!!
It is your responsibility to know your own laws, especially pertaining to autos and knife owning in general.
I reserve the right to decline any trade.

I'm new to the forum, I was the photographer and ad guy for Pacific Cutlery from 1984 to 1988 and then for Blackjack Knives from 1988 till they moved to Effingham. I have several original Balisong knives as well as others from both Pacific Cutlery and BlackJack. I also have many of the photographs I took for them and I'd be willing to sell prints in a variety of sizes. I believe I also have some of the original catalog sheets I created for them. If anyone is interested let me know.
