Pacific Salt 2 Green LC200N

Reveal six just dropped and Spyderco announced the Pacific Salt 2 in green FRN and LC200N. There’s also an Atlantic Salt in this configuration (both in either plane or spyderedge).

This is currently my most anticipated Spyderco. It’s a nice improvement to my already favorite knife.

And unless my eyes failed me (which is certainly possible), it weighs 2.5 ounces. The Pac Salts keep getting lighter and lighter!

Reveals - they’re like what Seinfeld said about reservations...

definitely liking the k390s and new salts.

Hopefully there will be other handle color options, black or even the "scuba" yellow like the H1 Salts would be preferable, this stuff looks like the Avocado green appliances of the 70s.
Unfortunate as I am a huge Salt series fan.

Not sure I've ever done a pre-order but this one is a must.

A quick rit dye bath will darken that green up or take it completely black. Spyderco FRN dyes really well.

These are exciting times. The only thing better would be a Resilience in this steel with those handles. ;)

There was a movement to have the new LC200N Salt models in toxic green like the USN models. This is the color we got. I am okay with it. It is bright and easy to see and it is not yellow (which is a good color) so it is different from the H1 knives.

I agree with all the above, and for my uses would have no problem with it, BUT I think it would be easier to lose sight of than the yellow if accidentally dropped into the drink.

When we actually get them in person I suspect the color will be a bit different. Plus, green is easy for most eyes to see, if not green color blind. Green front sights are better than other colors and green lasers are the easiest to see for most people. I have high hopes for this one.
