Para 3 in M4/Jade G-10

I caved and got one to go with the Maxamet and S110V versions I have. Para 3 has turned in to my favourite carry .
 
I was hoping they would go fast so i didnt have a chance.... but i broke down once I saw “ in stock” taunting me
 
Couldn't resist, in for one! This will be my first BHQ exclusive, my first knife from the Paramilitary line and my first M4 blade. Super excited!

While true... I was under the impression that since G10 isn't porous, the Rit will only dye the surface which and is very prone to wear.

If I can find a set of peel-ply carbon fiber or a set of gray scales in the right shade, I'll shoot ya a message about my jade scales.

I'm hoping the jade grows on me. For some reason I haven't cared for the micarta aftermarket scales I've tried on my Para3s so now I just stick with the base G10.
 
"I like para 2, never own a para 3, just don’t like its look."

I felt the same,,, until it was in my hand,,, very comfortable small knife.

Shout out to @BladeHQ

I had my order in a few minutes after they released the Para 3 (Tuesday morning). Within one hour I had a tracking number and a delivery date set up for Thursday morning. And this was with their free shipping option!

I’m surprised these aren’t gone yet...seems like the PM2/3 craze has cooled a little, when I heard the Cruwear PM2 was coming back I figured they would fly out of stock, still available over a month later, this at 3 days is surprising too.

Keep in mind...the BHQ Native M4 was just released plus there's been a lot of other Spydies released recently or are about to be released. It truly is a great time to be a Spydie fan but it's also an expensive time.

Also consider that it’s summer and people are outside doing things and spending their money on other things related to the season. Boats, motorcycles, vacations, sports gear, etc.
Also, when the Lum tanto dropped and sold out in an hour, it was tax refund season. Many people had a hole burning in their pocket.

Could anyone pls tell how Para 3 feels in hand as compared to PM2, Delica, and Benchmade mini grip (which I have)?

I can only compare the Para 3 to the Delica, as that's all I have out of the knives you have listed.

Compared to the Delica, the Para 3 feels a LOT larger in the hand. The handles are roughly the same length and the Para 3 is slightly thicker. The Para 3 is considerably wider than the Delica which is what gives it the really large feel. The Para allows for more a versatile grip with the addition of the finger choil.

All in all, I personally prefer the Delica handle over the Para 3 handle so far.
