Anyone have any experience with these people?

Feb 19th I ordered 4 different paracords and some skull beeds.

Feb 24th my card was hit the the $50 and change. I called and was told the items would be shipping out and I should see them in 5 to 6 days.

March 4th I called again, was told one of the items was on backorder and had arrived, and the order would ship that day. Another 5 to 6 days till I recieve them.

I guess what is bothering me is that it tool 5 days to process the order, they charged my card immediately even though items were on backorder and it wouldn't ship. I didn't receive any emails or notifications. And when I try to sign on to their website to view my ordering history it says I have no account, even though just after ordering on the 19th I know that I did.

Anyone have experience with this company? Should I worry or is it just a small operation that takes forever to process orders?
 
yea, I'm a little disapointed. The first time I called it took them 5 minutes to find the order. Yesterday when I called it took them 5 minutes to find the order. Both times the responce was "Oh, it will be shipped today."

I'm tempted to call again today and if it hasn't shipped to cancel the order, but then I have to worry about how quickly they will credit the order.

I guess bottom line at this point it just waiting for the stuff to ship and get here...It's already been 2 wweeks, whats another week?
 
called again today and was told it did ship yesterday, but it went regular mail so there is no tracking number or anything.

We will see what we will see...

Needless to say it will have been almost if not more than 3 weeks from the time I placed the order to the time i will get my stuff. Very disappointed, and I would have to say I don't recommend this company to do business with.

I just hope the stuff I ordered was worth the wait.
