Para-Military in CTS-204P

I have had several nice email conversations with Ashley @ KW. She told me that if they tried to run a CC that was no longer valid, they would send an email to get updated CC info. It's not like they are going to sell your knife to someone else else because your card expired during the 18 months you were waiting.

Getting close. An online knife store that is not the exclusive dealer to these has posted the green PM2 up for sale. They have done this in the past when they know they have a shipment coming in soon. BTW, they are selling it for $190, not outrageous compared to what some blue's go for, and what some of these green's will go for I am sure.

Wait...Besides the CC's version of this knife how are there any other ones going to another retailer besides KW because they are a KW exclusive right? Wow I am excited to finally have another PM2 after I sold all of mine a while back. Really can't wait.

Another shop bought some pre-orders from Knifeworks and is going to resell them immediately.

I'm sure there still is a wait list. Those knives going to a diff. dealer were probably purchased way back. The wait list is probably mainly from Cancellations.

I recall seeing in a thread on the main Spyderco factory forum a while ago that said there are some Collector Club numbers held by dealers.

This is why a few dealer exclusives will show up outside of the dealer that originally did the exclusive.

There are also different levels to the Spyderco Collector's Club.

The highest level is where one agrees to purchase all of the new Spyderco—regular production and sprint runs.

There is another level where they only agree to buy certain amount of new models instead of all of the new models.

Good point, I remember reading something about that. I know that when this site has new knives, they always have some collectors club knives, and some regular. They always list them as two separate offerings, and the regulars sell out first most of the time.

Edit, it/they are collectors.

Yeah thats what I was thinking....I usually judge how close they are to shipping out by seeing if there are CC versions selling on the bay.

Spoke with Roger at Bladeshow today. They're in!! Probably start going out when he gets back.
