Para- s30v or D2????

I ordered the s30v camo para yesterday. cant wait. I have a couple knives in D2, and I know its good stuff, but the para is going to be my "dirty knife" for camping, hunting, hiking, ect. mostly wet environments. And I edc an osborne 940 and I gotta tell ya, I cannot find a single fault with that s30v blade steel. Its sharp as hell, keeps its edge, and doesnt rust. whats not to love??

Great choice, no matter what. Personally, D2 is my favorite, but if I was using it as you were, I would choose the S30v camo as well. However, it can rust, as with any "stainless". So I wouldn't jump in the river with it without drying it or anything.

My D2 para seems to love the rain.. we have been in it for days..
Were both still happy..

Last time I went camping it started to rain, I had my d2 para in a little pocket thing inside then text along with my phone and a crkt drifter.
Well turns out the rain tarp over the tent wasn't completely covering the sides.
So it was pretty much raining on the mesh pocket with my things in it the whole night :o.
My phone broke from water damage, the aus8 drifter got a few rust spots, and the para looked like it had the night before. I was really surprised the D2 didn't rust along with the aus8.
