My mom uses a paring knife for practically everything. I have been working on a couple designs and decided to give her some to try out and see which one she gravitates toward. Well this pattern was her favorite. She mentioned that she really liked the "little part that stops my finger from sliding forward".
The half tang construction is very strong and very light, this one weighs only 3 oz.
