SOLD!
Just finished this paring knife with a 6” long 1095 steel blade full flat ground, sellectivelly Heat treated with insulating clay (Japanese style), and polished and lightly etched to highlight the highly visible hamon. Octagon handle in jacarandá da Bahia and amboyna burl.
