You are correct. Seller is responsible. Unless they put out a disclaimer like is written here. And we agree to it by buying the the item.

Actually you may want to check into that also ... sellers can't just skirt the duty by claiming they take no responsibility. But I bowed out and wish the member luck with his sales ... no need to muck up his thread any farther.

Actually.. No One has Control over the post office!
Hence why our packages sit around and show up late!

Beyond that, We pay the Post office to take responsibility for our packages.
If I couldn't handle, handing over responsibility to the post office, I would have to delivery everything myself..
