Greetings knifeknuts! Here’s a new Patch Knife style for your consideration.
Steel is 1/8” x 1 1/4” in NitroV with professional HT at 60/61. Hand sanded to P1500 grit for a reflective finish. The edge was under .010” before sharpening. It balances at the bolster.
Dimensions: 9 3/8” OAL, Tip to bolster at 4” with a 3 1/2” cutting edge.
The bolster is hammered brass and 2000 grit/buffed steel. The handle is Elk tine and leather with fiber and stainless spacers. It’s sanded to 1200 grit, oiled waxed and buffed.
