From what I saw of the pathfinder video's, he seems to demonstrate good knowledge and skills. Now as to what constitutes an e-course, and what do you expect to get out of it?
Personally, I think an e-survival course is about as good as an e-wilderness first aid course, which is about as good as e-marriage counseling and e-scuba diving certification. What I'm trying to say is that I'm not really sure how much you will get out of an electronic course of this type. Perhaps some, depending on their motivation will do well. Lots of people buy self-help books and they can be invaluable to the motivated person, but they are never the same as a hands on instructional series with practicals and of course practical examination/drills/tests.
It might be useful, but knowing how I myself learn, nothing really replaces some good old fashion bush time with a mentor/instructor to teach you skills and putting effort on both the instructor and student's parts to go through a series of training an evaluation exercises. There are a number of physical schools that one can look at which I would suggest although this may be more expensive and difficult to travel to. Kevin Estela is affiliated with the Wilderness Learning Centre as one example. RAT (Randall's Adventure Training) offers courses in North America and South America. There are many other good schools that can be found as well.
I guess it is a matter of figuring out what your goals are and coming up with a plan to realize them.
