Who washes their whole knife after food prep with dish soap and water? Any special actions for drying out your blade well?
 
Who washes their whole knife after food prep with dish soap and water? Any special actions for drying out your blade well?

If I happen to be where there is compressed air available then I blow the knife out thoroughly, but at home I use the wife's hair dryer on low. In either case the joints get re-oiled and if it's not stainless then everything gets a coat of mineral oil. Any stuck particles in the knife get toothpicked out.
