Super pretty, Joshua. 🤠
The cover material and bolster work really set it off.

Thank you, John! I feel pretty lucky to have gotten this one. It has a good size and is 01, which is pretty nifty. I wasn't sure about the covers at first, but I like the subtleties of color in the Camel Bone. The bolsters are just sweet! Like most Arthur Wright & Son, I did a good bit of flushing to get the action smooth, but it is nice and snappy now.

Now THAT is an exceptional piece - perfect combination of blades, and the pocket wear makes the jigging really shine!

I’ve never been able to quite get the blue patina on any of my users - probably because I rarely use them for food prep - but this 33 has been in my pocket almost every day since I got it, and has a nice even gray from its life of opening boxes, occasional fruits, and loose threads. It’s fun to see the difference in patina between the clip and pen blades - I use the clip more often, and it shows!

I’ve posted this in another thread but feel it’s appropriate to repost here. My 93 has my favorite patina out of my current users.

I’ll carry that tomorrow and try getting some fresh pictures of it. All of my traditional’s have a natural patina.

Definitely some sexy patina’s here!

Might be just me but I totally feel like these knifes just look better with some character on it… A totally different vibe for users.

Anybody living in the Northeast notice some of their patinas went a little too far this year? I've had more rust spots in the last year than any year in memory due to the incredible amount of rain we've had.
