Thanks John, It was like that before I even knew what patina was . I was born with an Opinel in my hand and then some 29 years later I bought a Benchmade 710, and now things are way out of control.

My small collection of GECs has grown exponentially the last month (one of the latest being an acrylic Fishkeeper 65 that unexpectedly stole my attention) but these are the models and sizes that I've found I reach for the most (smallest to largest 14, 15, 71):



I've also appreciated how many people in the community are incredibly fair with pricing when letting go of their users. I'm the third owner of the 15 in the middle and wouldn't have had a chance to try out the model otherwise!

Vine tomatoes, then add cold green beans, red onion thinly sliced, Feta or your favourite cheese, oregano, olive oil/vinegar/mustard dressing. Serve with grilled meat or fish, not bad as a side dish to pizza either!
