Since I'm gonna be carrying my new Gator green bone #88 a lot, I decided to put a "red wine dipped" patina on the blades. It imparted a nice, even blue-gray patina, but with some tiny spots, like bubbles in the finish. It should smooth out over time. Hopefully this made it safer to carry in the Florida summer.

It'll probably be awhile till any further changes are very noticeable.
