Patrick Swayze RIP.

I just found out last night when I was browsing USA today on my phone. I showed it to my fiance who shed a tear or two for him. Great actor, swell guy, he will be missed :(

Smoke and prayers sent to his close friends and family.

I liked him best in Point Break, Patrick and Keanu really did a great job.

Very Sad. Rest in Peace Patrick, my condolences to his family, prayers sent out.

...Cancer SUCKS!

I worked as a bouncer in college, I have no clue how many times I've seen Roadhouse.

RIP Patrick.

I do not patronizingly say things like, "He was a good man." However, I did read that he was married to his highschool sweetheart since 1975. That is not common in actors, and is admirable. RIP

I'm not judgemental against those who don't take marriage seriously, but it is clear that Swayze shared my own values about it, and I respect him for it. He provided me with a lot of good entertainment over the years and I appreciate that. I'm really saddend by his death.

Of course my wife thought he was the hottest thing to hit Hollywood in years - you know how women love a man who can dance! :)

always sad to hear of anyone's passing.
and it's a little more tragic to have to have undergo the process of death in a slow and painful way.
"rest in peace", Patrick Swayze.

I think the only movie I saw Swayze in was Next of Kin. Great movie with Liam Neeson, Adam Baldwin, the guy with one arm from the Fugitive, a couple of other noticeable actors, including Helen Hunt. Hillbillies versus the Mob. Anytime cancer takes someone it is a sad day.

His name....is Dalton.....

Great quote. We use that one all the time. My 2 favorite Patrick Swayze movies were "Roadhouse" and "Point Break". He was a really good guy. My girlfriend did his make up once for a movie. She said he was a real gentlman and philosopher. Married to his wife for 34 years. Laughed my ass off when he and Chris Farley did the Chip n' Dails tryout on Saturday Night Live. Rest in peace brother.;)
