Just wanted let everyone to know what a pleasure it was to deal with Robert at Patriot Knives. I ordered a H.E.S.T, his last one believe, on Wed. Jan 12, During the height of a blizzard occurring in both of our areas. He immediately sent me an e-mail confirmation, stating that my H.E.S.T. would be shipped the following day. Well, to my surprise, there it was Sat. morning sitting at my door. I look forward to many future transactions with Robert, and would highly recommend anyone to do so.
