I sent my Paul Duncan Custom knife to him for refurbish and to have the clip re-drilled for tip-up carry.
He emailed me on March 2nd to let me know it arrived and that he would start on it soon.
I emailed him after three weeks and then about every week or two since then. It always takes around a week to get a reply if he replies at all. Last time was nearly a month ago when he said sorry and that he would be sending it back.
NOW, I finally tried to call him and the phone is disconnected and his website is down! What the HECK is going on?
I emailed him one more time with an urgent and concerned tone, but given the history of this ordeal I don't expect to hear back for a week if I hear back at all.
The list price on his site for the knife was $275 and only had some really minor things wrong with it. (I had bought it from another forum member.) I really regret sending it to Paul Duncan for the refurb because now I'm out the whole thing!
