Paul Duncan (DPD Knives) No news is bad news!

I just called him. He says he has it boxed up and ready to go but he's been too busy to get to the Post Office because he lives 15 miles out of town. He said he'd ship it on Friday 2/4/05.

Oooh! I'm so EXCITED ( :rolleyes: ) I'm going to get my knife now! It should be here... hmmmm... I'd say Wednesday 2/9/05. Right? ;)
 
If this is Brad's brother, well, Brad is widely despised on the other forum. You know what they say about the apple and the tree...

They are only related because one of each of their parents married each other. They are stepbrothers and don't seem to be that close.
 
It's unfortunate and sad, actually it's BS, that you're being jerked around in this manner and for this amount of time, fulloflead ! :(

There are plenty of "families" that have a bad apple amongst them. . . .yet the "other" family members are stand-up citizens ! :rolleyes:

And WTF does the "other" forum have to do with fulloflead situation ?

OK, I apologize for putting it the way I did, and, it seems Paul needs no help in digging himself a hole, and of course it is true, the fact that they are related means nothing in itslef, I just thought it was interesting they both seem to have their share of problems and detractors. Sometimes I type before I think things through.

Good idea! All that you require is his name and address. If he doesn't show up for court, turn a copy of the judgement over to the Sheriffs department in his county and give a copy to the IRS. [Note: I have no legal background for giving councel. I can only speak from my own personal experience with small claims court.] Good luck and we hope he gets what he has coming! :)

Thanks. That will definately be the next step if it doesn't show up this week or next.
 
I got an email from him last night saying he had shipped it and that he would send me a tracking number this morning which hasn't come yet. We'll see.
 
No matter how this works out and I hope it works out to your advantage, at least people know what kind of sleeze ball this guy is. Before I was banned from the green forum nobody could stand his brother Brad either.I guess they have a lot in common.

Oh, well! At least I've got it back.

It's a good knife and only in slightly-used condition, but FRANKLY, I can't stand to look at it because of what Paul Duncan put me though.

I'm going to put it up for sale/trade for a while WITH a link to this thread in case somebody wants a nice knife and doesn't care that the maker is a bum. If I don't get any takers I'll stick it on ebay.

Waiting this long for your knife pretty much made Paul Duncan a dip sh*t !

Waiting this long to have the knife returned in the same condition that you sent it. . . .makes him a phuckstick ! :grumpy:
