****** Some clarification of the rules for gentlemen and gentle ladies...
1. You can only take advantage of a gift offer once; would not be fair to those who don't spend half their lives on this sub-forum and who may not check in regularly.
2. If you are asking to "take it", you must immediately post or have posted a gift that you're offering....none of this I'll check my basement or attic after the holidays nonsense.
3. While there is a limit of one gift to claim, there is no limit on the number of times one can offer a gift.
Thanks to those who understand that giving is why we get the thanks.![]()

Tj, I'd love to give the Ripple a try!
Looks like a sweet little knife and I've looked at them before, but just never picked one up.
If it's available I would like it please.
I've got something to put up here. Just gotta get pics.
Thanks man!
I guess you have. So now I will earn mine retroactively.
Up for PIF are three, yes three snag-less, snag-free, snag-resistant lanyards, made by me. The idea of using these is shown in the last pic; pull the sliding knot from it's "snag-free" position near the attachment loop towards the two ends. Insert hand thru just formed loop. Pull either end knot and the sliding knot will cinch up around your wrist. To release, just pull the short tag end and the knot slides back, allowing hand to be removed. Returning sliding knot to the attachment loop re-engages snag-free mode, ensuring that low flying tree branches or moose antlers won't hook your lanyard and yank your knife out of it's sheath. We've all had it happen.
I would like to give these away separately. First time stamped post gets to choose the color of their choice: safety orange, some sort of zombie yellow pattern and reflective yellow (reflective tracer threads in the cord). Second post gets choice of remaining colors. Third post gets a lanyard, same as the others. After posting please pm or email me with your address and color choice, if you had one. I'll choose if you don't, then get them in the mail.
These work GREAT with any of the full size Beckers.
PICS!!!
Please claim these even if you believe you have nothing to give yourself. I would like for someone else to have them, regardless. There are other ways to pay it forward...and sometimes the thing you might have to give isn't a thing; maybe it's your time. Maybe help out an elderly neighbor with a ride or a meal, serve at the community kitchen.....the list is endless. Like the OP said:
Merry XMAS, Feliz Navidad, Happy Chanukah, С Рождеством, Frohe Weihnachten, Joyeux Noël, 聖誕節快樂, Maligayang Pasko.
TJ, your reflective yellow lanyard went out today. Sorry about the wait. Everyone else, I got two left, safety orange and yellow/gray pattern! BUMP.GSOM - I tried and failed to make something like this for my swimming/watersports knife. I would up integrating a spring-loaded plastic cable lock thingy, which works but was never ideal.
If it's still available, and you really want someone else to have it, I'll take the yellow (reflective, not zombie) one.
I'll see if I can't find something to give away...
I'm throwing in a set of custom wooden scales for a BK11/14/24. I think they are walnut but not sure.
Also, if anyone wants the sheath it's yours.

Thanks!
I'll post my PIF gift in a few minutes.
