Yep, I got it after I quit fencing (it was interfering with my smoking, so it was easier to quit fencing, besides I wrecked both my knees
)... Here are few pics of my new favourite knife (one with old girl ready to retire 
), and a pic of the sabre... It's over 3ft long so I think shipping might be a problem.

What knife (and what style of knife) is that above the rat? I have handled one of those before and it was absolutely beautiful and the craftsmanship was first rate but I had no idea what it was called and I didnt want to look like the noob asking lol.

It's a Navaja (traditional Spanish knife- usualy notorious because it was associated with brigands and old school Navaja's had lock that made a ratcheting sound, and in a dark alley it might've been the very last sound one heard* )... This one is slipjoint made by Miguel Nieto, costs 25-30$ and comes in three sizes- this one is mid-sized... As you say, great ballance and quality (a bit too nimble in hand- real 'fighting' knife heritage showing up) and made in proprietary An.58 steel.

Is anyone into AR15's? I'm trying to put together several items I can use to "spark it up" (get your minds out of the gutter) next time this thread slows down and I've pretty much thinned my knife box out as much as possible, I'm probabily gonna pull out the gun box and start getting items it of there if there's interest, things like sights, some USGI mag couplers and other smaller accessories. Any interest?
