Yes, it is. The bits tend to work better than the drivers in my experience.

Yes, some folders. The one I'm sending you will need a torx tool.

I would be thrilled, I did some research and apparently the speed-safe is legal in NJ because it's not spring loaded or opened by pressing a button of some sort.

I've seen them sold in some fun stores, also from what I can see, the only place where their not allowed is in nyc.

Yes, looks like it includes torx bits which are used in a lot of folders now

Edit: torx SCREWS are used in folders, never seen a folder with a torx bit

The torques are T8, T10, T15, T20, T25, T27, T30, T35, and T45. Most folders I think use like T6 or T8. So maybe?
