I was thinking of buying some Moras to gift to people who really weren't asking for anything but wanted a decent fixed blade. Just need to recover from my shipping frenzy.

No man the saks you're sending out to me later is more than enough. Just if anyone has a fixed blade with a frie steel holder they aren't using I would take it.

Recommend getting something you like regardless of holder or sheath, then getting a sheath made with what you want. I'll email you the link.

That would be awesome. I only have 3 fixed blades, the used mora, a cold steel roach belly that's used, and a little user by hardedge knives, so I don't have much to give. But like I said, I wouldn't mind giving the mora away at all, and if someone were interested in the roach belly and in need of it I may send it out as well. Who needs more than one, amiright?!

This. The UPS owner of my local franchise and i are becoming friends. Her name is Sarah. She thinks "knife people" are insane. But thanks me nonetheless for my business ;)

Right on guys. May I suggest going to baryonyxknife.com and checking out what FortyTwoBlades has to offer? I have often went there for inexpensive, dependable users. That's where I'll be getting the Moras from.

EDIT: Not trying to be a walking ad; I just really love that site.:D

After you guys talked about bows so much i went and ordered a recurve.. Its on the way, But no arrows, so i went looking online at arrows and found out i have a lot to learn. I dont even know which arrows will work LMAO So time to get on a archery forum and do some learning.

jimh0220, this helle viking is really nice and I tried it out but it is just not for me. I have big ole meat hooks and the modded handle just feels a bit too small. I wanted it to work for me if for nothing else, than so I could use this amazing sheath the you sent with it. But alas, the romance was not to be so now I must pass it along to someone in need. But nonetheless thank you for the opportunity.

so I am offering this helle viking to be paid forward to someone who needs it. It is about a four inch scandi ground blade, wooden handle wrapped in some fine gauge hemp in the middle of the grip area with a very nice leather sheath that has a firesteel loop and is a horizontal only carry.
First "I'll take it" post with a picture of Gary "Drexel" Oldman wins.
