I can give this to someone who would like. A 1/16th of the tip was broken off so I slightly ground it back to a point.

I have just started with "modding", nothing crazy, but having fun with it.

Ohhh, yeah, that reminds me, i was going to ask this awhile ago: would anyone be interested in a Cold Steel American Lawman? I took it apart and stripped the coating off the blade and lockbar, it was fun and it looks great, but has always been a bit too stiff for me with the pivot where i like it. Not an "official" offer at this point, just wanting to know if there is any interest.

Edit: i DID reassemble it, btw lol ;)
 
Here's my contribution: a Buck Mini-Buck 425 (plain edge, Black handle). The lock is strong, and the knife has never been used. It is available for anyone who wants it; this knife makes an awesome watch pocket knife. I am glad that I could contribute, as this thread and the other 3 like it have been great.

Just a heads up: I need to get some stamps before I can send it.

I might be, but I'm thinking I need a good locking folder more than I need pants. What color are they? They're my size.
 
Heads up for those still here, I will be paying forward/ordering a brand spanking new Opinel No 8 tomorrow shipped right to your door, I would ship one of mine, but I honestly don't have the funds to ship anything and I have just enough to get one via ordering, and I use mine for practically everything. (plus it's alot of fun to customize your opinel and watch it patina as you use it).

This is still open, guys. Let me know. I'd like it to go to a woodcarver, since it really excels at long whittling sessions. If not, you can EDC it! It's all the same to this guy. (:

OK, here is a custom bushcraft/utility knife made by Matt Tackett.
Etched 1095 with hemp wrapped scales.
This knife is awesome! It fits perfect in a Becker tweener sheath. Nice and tight. It's about the same size as a BK16 or Esee4 if that helps...lol. The hemp wrapped scales are surprisingly comfortable and the blade is very sharp.
I won this from Matt's giveaway and to be honest, I never thought of getting rid of it. Ever.
But this thread has really inspired me. The generosity shown by members here is amazing!

So...If you want it please post here saying so.
This knife is meant to be used so whoever accepts it must promise to use it hard!

If you're waiting to claim something before you offer something, I'd say just take the plunge. Offer something up! Pay it forward folks! I've been the recipient of many acts of kindness and generosity here on the forums. This really is a special place. Thank you to all who are paying it forward!
