Most customers appreciate the concern that you demonstrate, when you want to confirm that all is as it should be. Personally I like dealing with people that go the extra mile to make sure everyone is satisfied with the transaction.

I rarely come across a Paypal complaint thread that wasn't the fault (through negligence or honest ignorance) of the OP. Sometimes wires get crossed and good folks burn. That occurs with any system. Paypal isn't perfect but it is one of the best things that has happened to online buyers and sellers.
