PayPal Got Full Refund From R&S Tactical Gear

I reported a case of PayPal fraud at R&S Tactical Gear. To my surprise, PayPal won a full refund on my behalf. Don't know any of the details, and I still wouldn't deal with R&S again, but it's great to have my money back. :thumbup:
